Farmer Brothers has an excellent opportunity for a District Sales Manager to support the coffee and tea route based business in the market. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to oversee a team of Route Sales Representatives that sell and deliver coffee and related products to our customers. Assign work projects and monitor group schedule to ensure optimum efficiency and rapid turnaround. Oversee group to ensure established policies and procedures are followed. Provide immediate supervision to assigned group (based on territory). Interface with customers to resolve problems that fall outside the organization's procedures. The District Sales Manager is also directly involved in the dispatch and supervision of the field service technician, along with analyzing and prioritizing customer equipment and service needs.
