Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Customer Service Department. Responsible for invoicing, reporting and general administrative and clerical support. Must demonstrate a basic understanding of the business service area, clients, key terms and service offerings. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills.
Support the Director and Customer Service team in executing key business initiatives.
Send and track email and mailed correspondence to customers.
Sort and mail and/or email out invoices.
Respond to customer invoice inquiries.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Perform sales analysis reports.
Prepare correspondence and documents.
Compile weekly reporting from team members.
Monitor departments email box and distribute to team members.
Coordinate trainings/meetings, travel and organize catering.
Complete expense reports.
Maintain department PDO records.
Track shipments using web (as needed).
Scan and file daily invoices and faxed orders (as needed).
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Work with cross‐functional teams on various projects.
High level of professionalism and demeanor.
Other duties as assigned.
