Farmer Brothers has and exciting opportunity for an Equipment Service Manager. Manages productivity of field service tech(s) and is responsible for customer satisfaction standards for the region(s) managed. Provides weekly and/or monthly reports on service tech(s) productivity and holds employees accountable for desired results. Manages P/L for expenses, reconciliations of fixed asset inventory, revenue billings, internal G/L cost transaction and formal reporting monthly. Establishes par inventory levels for parts and equipment to support the region's customer locations. Controls inventory by replenishment guidelines and changing demographics by dispenser type in the field.
