    The Risk Management Analyst assists the Director, Risk Management with all Risk Management activities for the company. Duties include effective resolution of claims through interaction with insurance carriers/TPAs, data analytics and report generation on losses and claim trends for use in forecasting, accrual accounting, operational claim performance, processing of routine insurance requests such as

    renewal data and insurance certificates.

    Responsibilities

    • Administration of corporate property/casualty insurance programs (e.g. collection of data, premium payments, certificates of insurance weekly/quarterly reports.
    • Verifies and updates Insurance Schedule for all lines of coverage.
    • Reports claims to carrier/TPA.
    • Manages resolution of Auto Liability, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation claims.
    • Administration of Monopolistic State premiums and 1st party auto vendor.
    • Collaborates in the development, administration, and communication of safety initiatives and recognition programs.
    • Allocate premiums and program costs to business units.
    • Demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adheres to company policies and procedures.
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) required.
    • 3 – 5 years’ solid experience in Risk Management.
    • Proficient in operating Windows and associated Microsoft Office applications, including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Self-starter that is resourceful and can work autonomously.
    • Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
    • The capacity to coordinate and manage multiple projects while functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience with insurance, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
    • Previous experience with Gallagher Bassett Risx-facs and/or Sedgwick ViaOne reporting system is preferred.
    • Ability to demonstrate organization, planning, oral/written communication, and analytical skills.
