    This position will make outbound and take incoming lead calls. They will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and setting appointments for the Sales field. 


    • Follow up and qualify all incoming leads.
    • Identify potential prospects and communicate to sales team.
    • Follow-up with prospects until onboarding. 
    • Make outbound calls and send e-mails to potential prospects. 
    • Set appointments for Sales field as needed. 
    • Call current route customers to penetration of allied products.
    • Survey current and past customers as needed. 
    • Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
    • Communicate clearly and precisely with potential and current customers in written and verbal form.
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. 
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and treat coworkers with courtesy and respect at all times. 
    • Other duties as assigned. 


    • 2-5 years minimal experience in Lead generation, inside sales.
    • Comfortable with cold calling and multiple follow up techniques.
    • Ability to navigate different types of structures to identify decision makers.
    • Ability to initiate conversation and communication in a polite and engaging manner. 
    • Experience in coffee industry or another specialty food product (nice, but not required).
    • College Degree is a plus.
    • Proven results-oriented lead generation skills. 
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and positive attitude. 
    • Accurate keyboarding and math skills. 
    • Team oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their work.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and strong customer service skills. 
    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Ability to multi-task.
