Farmer Brothers has an exciting opening for a Route Sales Specialist. The Route Sales Specialist (RSS) will provide field training to Route Sales Representatives (RSRs), run relief routes and generate new sales. Works with DSD's Management to gain knowledge of training scenarios, and facilitates a variety of on-the-field training requirements to support the further development of RSRs and entry level sales people. Provides first-class customer care service to all customers. This position could require up to 50% regional travel.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check (including, but not limited to, employment verification, criminal history check and education verification), a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
