  • Overview

    This individual will be repsonsible for the receipt, verification, recording, and put away of all raw materials and product that come into the facility.   This is for 2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm


    • Schedules all inbound deliveries; Ensures purchase order number is on all the paperwork.
    • Assists in unloading inbound shipments. 
    • Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received. 
    • Inspect, accept, and reject inbound shipments. 
    • Properly input's received materials into computer system and files away all necessary documentation. 
    • Communicates with other personnel regarding received materials.
    • Ensures the receiving dock is clean and organized.
    • Assists in other departments as needed. 
    • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers.
    • Maintains a safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.
    • Wears personal protective equipment as necessary for the job and the facility.
    • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. 


    • High school diploma or equivalent. 
    • At least on year expereince in Receiving. 
    • Experience operating a forklift, both sit down and stand up. 
    • At least one year experience using RF Gun (DSI system preferred)
    • Proficient with complex computer systems, Microsoft Office and the Internet. 
    • Good analytical, follow through and organizational skills. 
    • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines. 
    • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, in order to communicate with all levels of employees and customers. (internal/external).
